GRUB DROP ALERTSGrub Drop texts people who asked for it when a neighborhood food drop is live near the address they saved. We do not buy lists. We do not text you first and ask later.
What the messages say
Grub Drop sends SMS alerts to people who opted in so they know when a neighborhood food drop (restaurant food on a truck) is live near the address they gave us. Messages tell them the drop is in their area, how to get a ticket, and basic timing. We only text people who consented. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Frequency, cost, and STOP
- Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.

- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you opt in
You opt in on this page, during join after you save an address, or in Profile in the app or on the web. You enter a US mobile number and check the box below. That box is never checked for you. Checking it is not required to create an account or buy food. When a drop is live at your saved address, we text a link to https://www.grubdrop.app/o/… — tap it to pay in the browser, or in the app if you have it.
End users opt in in the Grub Drop app or on https://www.grubdrop.app by entering their mobile number and checking a box that they agree to receive SMS alerts from Grub Drop when a food drop is in their area. Consent is not collected by sending an unsolicited first text. The checkbox is unchecked unless the person already turned alerts on. Message frequency varies with nearby drops; users may receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
