Grub Drop
Terms of Service
Last updated September 11, 2026
These terms cover https://www.grubdrop.app and the Grub Drop app. By making an account you agree to them. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We only text you if you opt in on a separate screen.
The service
Grub Drop is neighborhood food drops: restaurant food on a truck, aimed at a block. People nearby can reserve a ticket. The person running a drop might be the restaurant or anyone who loaded the truck.
Drops are limited. Food can sell out. Windows can close. We are not a guaranteed meal service.
Accounts
You need an account to reserve food. Keep your email under your control. You’re responsible for tickets placed on your account.
Tickets and payment
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments go through Stripe. If a drop is cancelled we refund according to the ticket status. You’re buying food from the business running that drop, with Grub Drop helping with the software and delivery logistics.
SMS program
Grub Drop Alerts is optional. If you check the box and give a US mobile number, Grub Drop may text you when a drop is in your area.
- Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
